To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Non-Refundable Items:
Items that have been used and/or damaged by the user are not eligible for a refund.
